Growing 20 million leaders in 2020

I have no illusions of grandeur. I do not wish to receive a Nobel or Magsaysay Award. I only wanted to be of service as long as I live. This is not a unique dream. I know that there are thousands and thousands of people who dream to make a difference in their generation and in the generations to come. My impersonal dream is to grow 20 million leaders in 2020. I still do not know how to get there, but I am working on it everyday. I have very few levers. Inspirational speaking is one of them. I intend to develop 1000 thousand inspirational speakers in the Philippines. I hope that each one of them will multiply themselves. I also want to develop professional speakers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, and other parts of Asia. For 2012, I hope to be given more opportunity to visit and share my leadership ideas in these countries, My other goal is to help install leadership development programs to thousands of organizations every year. This is why I am also looking for people who are as driven and as passionate.

Public Seminars for 2012

How to improve your skills on the job?

In our Winners@Work  workshops,  we encourage participants to explore more ways to grow themselves professionally.  Public seminars and the in-house professional development programs that we provide to various companies in the Philippines only supplement the existing training programs of the organization. In the absence of an on-going and consistent professional development programs, the impact of seminars and workshops will simply be small and short-lived.

We suggest ways for them to improve their skills on  the job. I wrote six ways that you may also use. I suggest that you read it here.

Inspirational is a description. The author is a Filipino Speaker. That spells the big difference.

This tumblr contains some of the ideas of the inspirational speaker Jef Menguin. These are not extraordinary thoughts, but ordinary ideas which are now examined.

Share you thoughts too. Something extraordinary may appear out of the ordinary.
